Navigo CTS is a software platform designed for container transport businesses in India. It provides tools for trip profit tracking, fleet and driver management, expense logging, and invoice generation. The platform is accessible via web browser and mobile applications.

Navigo CTS will never ask for your password via WhatsApp, phone call, or email. Do not share your credentials with anyone claiming to be from our team.

Navigo CTS offers a free trial period of 6 months with full feature access. The free trial is intended for genuine evaluation of the platform for your business. We reserve the right to terminate trial access if we detect misuse, duplicate accounts, or activity inconsistent with legitimate business use.

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You remain the owner of all business data you enter. We do not sell, share, or use your data for any purpose outside of operating and improving the platform.
Navigo CTS is a tool to help you track and understand your business finances. However:
We aim to keep Navigo CTS available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary downtime. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.
All software, design, branding, and content on the Navigo CTS platform is our intellectual property. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for your own business purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or resell any part of the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Navigo CTS is not liable for:

Either party may terminate the account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice if we detect:

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from your use of Navigo CTS shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kerala, India.
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. We will notify you of material changes via the app or email at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
